In brief
The IT Manager will oversee all matters related to information technology at Ameelio. This is both an internal and client-facing role. The IT Manager will report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with Sales, Operation and Engineering teams.

Compensation: $100-120K

Location: Remote-first. We also have an office in NYC that you could use.
Core Responsibilities
Strategy
- Work closely with the Operation and Sales teams to define hardware and software deployment strategy, architecture, and processes
- Work closely with Operation, Sales and Infrastructure teams to define and implement processes regarding requesting changes in back-end configurations, e.g. storage limits for Canvas.
Client-facing
- Lead in configuring the hardwares for DOC clients, e.g. tablet configuration, content upload, MDM setup
- Lead in configuring and managing the Ameelio Learn platform and create user guides for content management
- Onboard new DOC clients to IT services and assist with workstation setup and recommendations
- Serve as the IT point of contact for DOC clients as well as content providers
- Assess the performance of information technology systems for potential client organizations to determine deployment parameters and to construct deployment plans costs, additional infrastructure setup
- Assess MDM solution vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software configurations.
Internal
- Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services internally
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
Core Competencies
- Four (4) years professional experience in IT management required.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to set and manage priorities in a changing work environment.
- Knowledge of and experience in hardware configuration and MDM setup required.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.
